It is located in the middle of the northern border of the courtyard of the Rock in the heart of Al-Aqsa Mosque. It was established during the Mamluk era in the year 721 AH - 1321 AD, and its height is 7.5 m.

It consists of two great knees at the ends, and two cylindrical columns in the middle, and its stone staircase rests on one stage and has nine steps.
