It was issued on May 22, 2015, and expresses deep regret over Israel's refusal to implement previous UNESCO resolutions related to Jerusalem, and for the damage caused by the Israeli security forces on the thirtieth of October 2014 to the doors and windows of the tribal mosque, in addition to the closure of the Bab al-Rahma building, which is one of the doors of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and condemns Israel's decision to approve the construction of a cable car in East Jerusalem.
