Alburq Mosque
This mosque is located in the southwestern side of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, below the Mughrabi Gate. There was the circle in which the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, tied Al-Buraq on that blessed night.
It also contains an Umayyad mihrab, and on its western side was an old door called (Bab Al-Buraq) that was closed after the Umayyad era, and it used to reach directly to Al-Buraq Square outside Al-Aqsa Mosque. And it descends to the Al-Buraq chapel now through the western gallery with 38 stone steps, and the Al-Buraq chapel opens every Friday for visits.
