Christians District
It was called the Christian Quarter because most of its residents are Christians. It is located northwest of the old town. It extends from the steps of Bab Khan al-Zeit in the middle of the market, to Bab al-Khalil in the west, and Suwaiqat Allun in the south.
Although it is called the Christian Quarter, the majority of shopkeepers are Muslims, and the Church of the Resurrection is located in the neighborhood, facing Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Mosque.
