This sabil is located on the eastern side of the Mujahideen Road, about 10 meters to the west of the Lions Gate, which is also known as the Gate of Saints Mary. This sabil was established during the reign of the Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent in the year 1536/943. The sabil is not operational, and it is unfortunate that the sabil basin is used as a place for waste collection.
