The sabil is the six-wall building of Sultan Suleiman. It consists of an architectural unit consisting of a rectangular apse surmounted by a pointed vault. Below the vault is an inscription plate inscribed with the titles of Sultan Suleiman and the date of construction.  The sabil is located at the beginning of Bab al-Silsila road from the east, and one of its other names is Sabil Mahalla Bab al-Silsila. It was established during the reign of the Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent on 22 Rajab 4/943 January 1537. The path is blocked.
