It was established and endowed by Amin al-Din Abdullah in the year 730 AH - 1329 AD, so it was known by his name, and it was restored during the Ottoman era. It consists of four floors and has a door and rooms above the northern portico of Al-Aqsa Mosque. It was called the Imam’s House because the Sheikh Imam lived there.
