It is located on the northwest corner of the Rock Square, between the northern retreats and the Dome of Al-Khader. It was established during the Mamluk era in the year 778 AH - 1376 AD, and it was renovated during the Ottoman era, and its height is about seven meters.

It consists of two great knees at the ends, and three cylindrical columns in the middle, the stone ladder has twenty-three degrees.
